Ingredients
– 3 oz Cumbé Premium Aguardiente
– 1 Spherical Ice Cube
– Grapefruit Zest
preparation
1. Bring spherical ice into a snifter glass.
2. Express oils from a grapefruit peel and discard peel (NOT IN THE GLASS).
Smile and Serve!

– 2 fl oz of Cumbé Premium Aguardiente
– 1.5 fl oz Grapefruit Juice
– 4.5 fl oz Grapefruit Soda
preparation
1. Fill a tall glass with crushed or crescent ice
2. Pour all ingredients
3. Give a quick stir
4. Garnish with Grapefruit slice

Ingredients
– 1.5 fl oz Cumbé Premium Aguardiente
– 1 fl oz Prosecco
– 0.75 fl oz White Crème de Cacao
– 0.75 fl oz Lemon Juice
– 0.5 fl oz Simple Syrup
– 5 leaves Mint sprig
preparation
1. Bring all ingredients into a Shaker
2. Fill with ice and shake
3. Double-strain into a Nick & Nora glass or coupe
4. Garnish with Lemon Wheel, Edible Flower or Mint Sprig
Serve and Enjoy!
Panamerican Style

Ingredients
– 2 fl oz Cumbé Premium Aguardiente
– 5 to 6 Lime Chunks
– 0.5 fl oz of Panela Syrup (2:1 Panela to water)
– 0.5 fl oz of Passion Fruit puree
– 3 dashes of Rose Water
preparation
1. Muddle lime chunks, then add remaining ingredients
2. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously
3. Strain into an old fashioned glass and fill with ice
4. Garnish with Edible Flowers
Serve and Enjoy!
Guarapo Mule

Ingredients
– 2 fl oz Cumbé Premium Aguardiente
– 0.5 fl oz Liquor Strega
– 0.5 fl oz Lime Juice
– 4.5 fl oz Ginger Beer
preparation
1. Pour all ingredients into a Metal Mug
2. Add crushed ice
3. Give a lightly stir
4. Garnish with Lime Wheel, Grated Cinamon, and crystallized ginger.
Serve and Enjoy!
Cumbé Old Fashion

Ingredients
– 2 fl oz of Cumbé Premium Aguardiente
– 0.33 fl oz of Panela Syrup
– 2 fl oz of Chocolate Bitters
– 3 Dashes of Grapefruit bitters
preparation
1. Bring all ingredients into a mixing beaker.
2. Add a Big Ice Cube
3. Stir until the desired dilution.
4. Pour into an old fashioned glass
5. Peel and express oils from a grapefruit
6. Garnish with an orange twist.
Smile and serve!
